Delivery times

 

We deliver to addresses within Germany within one to two working days.

 

In addition, and due to the exclusivity of our range, the delivery times for goods that are not in stock depend on the product and are specified on our website for each product. Please plan longer delivery times for custom-made products. As soon as we dispatch the ordered products, we will send you a dispatch confirmation by email.

 

Our products are properly packaged and mainly shipped with DPD, UPS, DHL, GLS or FedEx.

Delivery cost

You will find the shipping costs for your selected products in the shopping cart. Simply place your desired items in the shopping cart without obligation, select the country of delivery and the shipping costs will be displayed directly if the country of delivery is Germany. For deliveries outside Germany, shipping costs are transmitted depending on the region. Alternatively, you can send us a shipping cost request, which we will of course answer immediately after receipt. 

 

Generally we calculate for each shopping cart always the shipping costs of the product, with the largest packaging type (parcel, half pallet, euro pallet, bathtub pallet, free-standing bathtubs, special shapes in general cargo or but saunas). There is no summation of the individual shipping costs of the individual products.  

 

There are no packaging or service costs for you. Also we do not charge handling fees. 

 

For shipments by forwarding agents a notification by the forwarding agent is included, shipments by service provider DPD/DHL/UPS will be sent to you with a tracking code. 

 

The shipping outside Europe

DETAILS ON EXTRA EU SHIPMENTS

Each order is accompanied by an invoice indicating the price paid. This is valid for all non-EU countries and, by law, it is not possible to declare a price other than the one paid or whether it is a gift;

Customs costs (taxes, duties): shipments duties to be paid by the recipient (DDU), according to the country of destination.

In case of DDU shipments: for non-EU countries, VAT is not paid on the price of the goods but it is necessary to pay the relative local import and / or customs clearance taxes.
